I am sick once again. Well not like I stopped being sick, but I was starting to feel a bit better then I felt really dreadful last night and woke up with a fever this morning.

I just wanna get better already. I hate feeling out of it, so exhausted all I want to do is sleep.

Its affecting my internship/potential job and my overall well being.

I am desperately trying to do anything in my power to take better care of myself. I have pretty much cut out dairy from my diet, opting to drink Almond milk instead. I have cut down on drinking. I am eating more fruits and vegetables. I am taking a multi-vitamin, I am drinking a health shake atleast once a day. I am watching my red meat intake. I have also cut out soda, coffee, and splenda.

I am probably eating the healthiest I have in years, yet my health is currently the worst. I just don’t understand what I need to do to get better. I am visiting the doctor, actually two doctors at the moment. 

I just want to get better.
